Lubbock, TX, November 30, 2018 / dailytoreador.com – The Office of International Affairs hosted a reception for the 18th annual High and Dry: A Photographic Exhibition of Peoples and Places of the World’s Dry Lands at 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 30.

Attendees were able to enjoy food and drinks, view the 73 photographs on display and speak with the juror, professional wildlife photographer–Laura Crawford Williams.
